Moving countries is a different kind of challenge. Customs regulations, shipping timelines, insurance that actually holds up at the other end – it takes a team that’s done this hundreds of times before.

How far ahead should I book my move?
Four to six weeks is ideal, particularly if you’re moving between May and September or over a bank holiday weekend. But if your timeline is tighter than that, call us – we’ll always try to find a way to make it work.
Very. Our Godstone depot runs 24/7 CCTV, a Red Care alarm system, and regular patrols by a local security firm. If you need access to your container, just call ahead during business hours and we’ll have it ready for you when you arrive.
A: We take care of professional packing, loading, shipping, customs documentation, and delivery at the other end. Transit times vary – around 6 to 10 weeks by sea to Australia or the USA, and 1 to 2 weeks for European road freight. We’ll map out the full timeline when we quote so there are no grey areas.
Absolutely. Plenty of people handle the everyday items and hand us the fragile, awkward, or valuable stuff. We offer full packing, part packing, or just materials and advice if you’d rather do the lot yourself. Whatever suits you.

It happens more often than you’d think, and we’re well used to it. We’ll rearrange your moving date wherever we can, and if you need somewhere to store everything while the chain sorts itself out, our Godstone facility is five minutes away and ready to go.
