Before anything ships, a surveyor visits your Surrey home — in person or by video — to measure the volume, note the access (a narrow lane, a gravel drive, permit parking or a top-floor flat with no lift) and agree an export-standard packing plan. Do you handle customs, and what happens on move day?
Yes. We prepare your UK export documentation and our destination agents coordinate import clearance. On the day, our own crew packs and wraps everything to export standard, loads at your door, and containerises it back at our depot ready to ship.
